well, i have more energy for sure. i have been feeling sluggish but winter does that to me. maybe because im not very active now as i am in the summer(which is a lot).
i also feel some pressure in my liver/gb area from last nite. a little achy. i think there is something there. but it's not painful like last nite at 10! i hardly notice it...but it's there. so i'll see how i feel in the next few days and decide.

yes, i am on the parasite cleanse but only once a week now. i am on the Bowel Cleanse off and on it seems. quit for the liver cleanse but will resume when things get moving again without help.
