Hi Donn,

I never said I fasted using alternative methods. If you ever took the time to read my posts you realize I have quiet a bit of experience. Just because I don't spend my free time cutting and pasting information about fasting doesn't mean I know nothing. I will leave that to Chrisb1.

My issue resides in the fact that the forum flips back and forth of what is acceptible behavior.
