I am not against people writing about alternatives, just so long as those alternatives are healthy options to a water -only fast, but juice fasting should belong in that forum, and where general fasting or what is perceived as general fasting should belong there.

I do not mind one iota if someone posts re' a juice fast or a general-abstention from food fast, but what I AM totally against, is someone posting about diet-soda or soft-drink "fasting", which is "in the face" of those who have gone before us, and who have risked their freedom and their very lives for the truth about genuine fasting to be more widely known.
Shelton was imprisoned several times for his beliefs that were proven to work in practice and of huge and immense benefit to his patients. He saved the lives of thousands, and cured what was then considered to be the incurable by water-only fasting.

It is both distasteful and flippant for someone to make a post where they have not bothered, or are just too lazy to do any research beforehand, and is extremely tiresome and unnecessarily repetitive to reply in the same vein, and with the same answer time and time again. Not that I mind too much and have never complained of before.

Some posters have also remarked to me privately as to my patience and persistence in commenting with the same answer, but I have always set my goals to be as helpful and as constructive as possible in a subject that is dear to my heart, and of which I have made a study of for nigh on thirty years.

In my view, it is better and more rewarding to give, than to receive.
