It has become the norm and that is so sad.  If those people could only discover who much greater life would be for them if they were of a normal weight they'd never gain weight again.

This is a very touchy subject with many but our society has condoned this with things like in that restaurant where the seats were so far from the table.  The table and the booths were bolted down so that you couldn't move them close which makes it uncomfortable for those of us who are a normal weight.  If there weren't concessions like that then maybe it wouldn't be so prevalent.
