Re: Hypothalamus support?

Alfalfa, parsley leaf, and seaweeds are all supportive to the hypothalamus.

The adrenal cortex is just a portion of the adrenal gland.  So don't worry about the term.  You can still work on your adrenals now.  Trust me, if the were completely shut down you would know it.  Well I guess not if you were dead.  Anyway, they are apparently still functioning to an extent, so keep supporting them with nutrition.  In particular vitamin C and pantothenic acid.  Stick to natural sources as much as possible. For vitamin C watercress, papaya, kiwis and berries.  Or from herbs amla berry, acerola cherry, or rosehips.  Bee pollen is the best source of pantothenic acid.  Rice bran and nutritional yeast are also good sources.  Nettle leaf is also a good source of C and B vitamins and has a mild supportive effect on the adrenals.  Nettle leaf or watercress will also increase the length of time the coleus forskohlii will work.

I am glad you are avoiding the glandulars.  I do not like these at all.  They can shut the glands down more in the long run.
