Aren't you afraid of getting parasites from eating raw meat? Undercooked meats are one of the main ways people get parasites--and I can tell you they are NO fun and not at all healthy to have. Even the grass-fed cows get them, so it is not a matter of the source. Anyway, I would think twice about eating raw meats.
