There's actually plenty of schtuff that bothers me, but nothing more than what bothers most of us; the world's in the toilet. I think the thread just brought up a "sore" memory for me. Blame it on the mercury!

To be quite honest, and not simply defensive of my folks, they did quite an excellent job and in spite of today's memory they were quite the excellent parents considering what THEY had to deal with, and comparing them to other parents, then and now. I have forgiven them.

I will most certainly keep your most kind offer in my mind, however.
