Re: clee4, answers to lots of questions :)
"When applying the solution with the eyedropper:
Should it be applied after showering when the hair is still wet?"
i apply it when i get out of the shower, i do dry my hair well though and give it a light run with the blow dryer. scalp is still a little damp still and thats fine. i don't think its extremely important how its done, but i do leave the topical on and i suggest using it after the shower definitely not before.
"Should the solution be massaged into the scalp or area where applied?"
i don't make a huge effort to massage it in, i pat it in with my fingers or hand while applying it though. just make sure your hands are relatively clean when you do it, thats all.
"Should the solution be applied to the entire area affected and massaged in, if hair is still when when solution applied is it ok to still blow dru hair???"
i apply the solution over the entire top of my scalp, covering most everything. i'm not sure if it would make a difference if you only applied it to affected areas, but thats how i do it. i blow dry my hair a few minutes after i apply the topical, and sometimes i just let it dry naturally. either way is fine, but just stay away from the high heat setting with the blowdryer i don't think thats good for anyones hair. but as far as the topical is concerned i don't think it matters. just let it sit in for 30 seconds to a minute and that should be fine before blowdrying it. i usually wait much longer than that, but it should be fine.
"AND, if 4
ounces of solution is produced, is that equal to 4 eydroppers full? "
no, 4 eyedroppers is equivalent to approximately 4ml (4 milliliters). 4
ounces of solution is 120ml.
"So you use 2
ounces per application, correct? Does the solution have to be made daily or can you make 4 days worth at a time...shelf life???"
NO! :) 2 ounces is roughly equal to 60ml !!!!! that would be around 60 eyedroppers full. you would have solution dripping everywhere making a mess and possibly get a headache. you only need about 2-5 eyedroppers full. although 2 eyedroppers is pretty standard, you can use more if you need to like 4 or 5 eyedroppers full(4-5ml), i do and thats fine.
