I try to stay away from grains because they bloat me up,make my tummy hurt, and my weight balloons up.. a 1/2 cup of rice with dinner, and I'm up 4 or 5 pounds the next day... I really need to complete a successful juice fast.. I tried working my way up, first juice for breakfast... then breakfast and lunch... but always still ate a good dinner... I really had a hard time keep up with the juicing.. I just work alot.. and when at home, I have tons of responsibilites.. it was very time consuming.. and I know.. I should make time...
