Have you gone vegan yet? So far this has been the best for my weight. I feel like I eat my @ss off and I cant gain a pound(not normal for me). Is there any way you can ship your supplements ahead of you? Id be trying to figure out how to disguise my IF#2 in another container of some sort.Plastic baggies can be alarming,hehe ~eme
