Re: Nose jobs! (Rhinoplasty)

I don't know why everyone here has had such bad luck with their nose job, but I for one had a good experience.
I had a big italian nose and Hated it! I got teased in grade school and high school, so at age 14 I started begging my mom to let me get one. I got it done at age 16 and NEVER regretted it. I look normal now and only a few people have guessed that I had it done because my nose looks so "perfect". I also got the chin implant to even out my profile. I have had no problems with that, either, and it has been 16 years.
I used to always think and worry that someone was staring at my big nose, and now I haven't thought about it in years! I don't remember any pain, either. I felt like crap when I woke up from the surgery, and it sucked to breathe out of my mouth for days, but the only thing I remember hurting was when they yanked the gauze out of my nostrils a week or two after surgery, and that was only for a second like a really bad band-aid rip off pain. I also have a couple friends who have had this procedure done, and they have also had no problems or regrets as far as I know. Tweet
