wow, thanks. I never knew you could take the magnesium oil internally. Growing pains - poor kid. That has to hurt.
What dosage do you use for the Boron? I noticed the calcium/magnesium formula I got from my dentist (supposed to specifically target the teeth) contained boron. I ran out and have been using a Garden of Life product which seems to be good, but it doesn't contain boron. I know my gut health is compromised, and I think it's why I don't seem to get what I need just from foods because my diet is pretty healthy and I eat plenty of vegetables. I've been slacking off on the EFAs, and I noticed I felt better after a few days a week eating salmon. Oily fish seems to agree with me. I was trying like heck to eat sardines regularly for awhile, but I just don't find them appetizing, and I don't like eating foods out of the can.
