Hair Analysis Results, Question on Mineral Supp.

Ok, Dr. Brownstein called with the hair analysis results, no heavy metal toxicity, but he said it looks like I need more salt in my diet, and also I'm low on lithium. (Could that explain the recent crazies? lol. I thought it was a mid-life spiritual crisis....) I'm pretty sure the reason I still feel so "toxic" is infection, deep and long standing, and I ordered a monolaurin supp. that someone linked to below, the pure "pellets."

My question is about the lithium supplement - he recommended 100 MCG a day, but it sounds like it comes in different forms, and from my net searching, it seems like lithium orotate is the best form (?), but the dosages between products are all over the place. I can get it thru Dr. B's office, but I have purchased some of his clinic's supplements before and don't particularly like the ones that are their own brand, they are fat tablets with a lot of fillers and for some reason I don't feel like they're real digestible or particularly high quality, but I'm going mostly on a hunch. I've had the best results with products from Premier Research labs - the nano-processed extracts, stuff that's very bio-available or sort of pre-digested. I don't think they have a straight lithium supp, though.

Can anyone recommend a form or brand of lithium supplement and dosage? I've been reading in small amounts it might prevent alzheimers, too. Now where did I put my car keys....
