For whatever reasons, I seem to have quite poor absorption of nutrients and vitamins from the food and supplements I consume. I've been found very low in b2 and other things in the past.
I live in a rural area but am booked to go and see a natural doctor later in the year. So I will address my particular history and issues in depth then
I'm just looking for general suggestions on what one can take to improve absorption?
I've just read that cayenne can help and since I seem to tolerate it, I will try having more of that... and also marmite for the yeast extract which is high in b2 and other b vitamins.
I'm already taking an acidophiles supplement.. and my diet is healthy/rich in fibre, mostly gluten/dairy free
