emergency, please help? my period makes me violently ill!

please, ladies or men, if anyone knows anything about this, please help me... all my life i had heavy and painful periods but i could deal ...then some years ago i went on the pill and have been on & off a few times since, and my periods have never been okay anymore ...on several occasions i have become crippled with nausea and/or violent throwing up AND having to run to the toilet, fever, white as a sheet (and THIS time, i haven't even lost any blood yet to make me so white!?), the room spins and blackouts and i've almost fallen down the stairs from the weakness...
my periods have remained heavyish (though not as bad as before), but... THIS time, i've felt as though i must be bleeding a lot (heavy cramping, etc.), but almost nothing has come out and, i apologize so much if this is gross but, what little comes out is immediately VERY dark ...and THIS time it has had some faint, almost invisible white streaks almost string-like that you could pull. (i'm so sorry)

have any of you experienced this? does this sound like endometriosis or some other problem or, could this be normal and i'm just over reacting? i know some other women get bad periods...
but for me, this is no way to live, i've almost fallen in the shower and/or i'm scared i'll pass out and hit my head and something will happen to me, and going to a doctor is not an option for me so, can anyone please recommend anything to help me? maybe there are some herbs that can help cleanse and maybe address any scar tissue that could be contibuting to this and, maybe help get me normal?? it's a lot to ask, i know, but i'm hoping...
