Hi janja...I just read your post...and I assume your dad
sent you the juicer because you're battling MS and a couple
of other things.

Juicing absolutely can turn your health around...even with
MS...so don't give up. And you don't have to be spending
a fortune...because you need to be leaving off most of the
unhealthy stuff and doing only what will nourish and heal
your body. :-)

and read some of the testimonials there. And get the book "God's Way To Ultimate Health"...
you can probably find it cheaper on ebay. It usually runs
about $18 from H. Acres.

And you're on the right track following Norman Walker..
he's one of my absolute favorites.
