Re: How to keep the bowels moving?

id say:

all of those fiber things arent addressing the problem...they will help, but first of all you need to
eat a proper diet- elimanate sensitivities- which for me causes almost all of my constipation

for me this means- no fermented foods- and basically just meats and lotsa veggies

GET STOMACH ACID UP!!!!!! with betaine HCL with pepsin (take one with every meal and raise the dose until it is right and then reduce by one every time its too much (you will feel the heat-just go by one at a time and this way its almost imposible to burn your stomach)

i had watery mouth and bloating and constipation and what this comes down to are mineral imbalances due to offending foods. one of the best things for me is to swish my mouth out with salt water (using real salt, unrefined)...gurgule gurgle swish and let all the salt absorb and become sweet, spit...rinse with fresh water gurgle...do it again if you have to...eat plenty of salt with meals

at one point drinking water made my watering/bloating worse..so swishing was a good option...

also eating a granny smith apple, first thing in the morning with enough water or maybe 2hours after a meal- helps me to regulate fluid balances/induce bowel movement (do not eat fruit with or shortly after meals and at least 20 minutes before)

the salt and the apple!
