Does anyone have any tips for keeping the bowels moving when they have leaky gut, food intolerances and
candida?
I unfortunately am still uncovering sensitive foods, with the symptoms being watery mouth and cravings,
insomnia and constipation a day or so after eating the food.
I have Bentonite clay which i feel is okay, but apparently its only useful for attracting toxins and doesn't help to
flush out your system.
What has worked for other people with leaky gut in general and also when they were still uncovering intolerant foods and
sensitivities? or slipped up?
