If you can consume, there's your delicious answer.

With broths, on your salad, a shot with Sea Salt & fresh lemon juice, in your tea.

Just type cayenne in the seach box and see how much comes up. It is WONDERFUL for your whole being.

Also, adding a bit of Sea Salt and lemon juice to your drink water is a good thing to do.

Post what works for you - so many people ask this question at different times and for all kinds of reasons whether leaky gut, raw food, bacterial overgrowth, etc etc. it is something a lot of people do face off at one point or another.
