Hey Wings,

Us newbies are getting kind of excited hearing all these stories of horrendous things coming out and can't wait to see some evidence like that of our own. Well, can't say all the newbies but I can speak for myself.

I'm glad I understand it took years of unhealthy eating to get this stopped up and therefore might take a looong time to see those kinds of things coming out or I might be kind of jealous ha ha.

I've got my camera ready and waiting cause I want a record of how nasty my insides were before starting on this path of cleansing and healing.
