A parasite cleanse and Iodine are a good idea. You can hide the Lugols in applesauce. Make sure it's the kind with no added Sugar or colors. Humaworm might be a little tougher. Hulda Clark 's might be easier, it's a liquid. You can put it in juice. The cloves make it tolerable. I can even get my cat to take it in half & half.

As far as the parasites causing hypoglycemia, it is very possible. My daughter had that very same reaction. If she didn't eat every 2 hrs she became ravenous and got the shakes. It came on suddenly over the Christmas holiday. I thought at first it was just a reaction to all the goodies at Christmas. But it didn't clear up once we got our diet on track again. I did some searching on the net and found someone who said that she had hypoglycemic symptoms from parasites. She went on the ParaGone kit and the hypoglycemia went away. It turns out, we had just recently adopted a feral kitten, who was full of parasites, and that sweet furball was quite generous and shared them with me and my daughter. Be warned though, that he may have to go on several rounds of parasite cleanses to get everything.
