Hi!
Well, mine feels like a pin prick too! Also, I get a tingle like a feather and I have to itch it, but before I can itch it, it goes away. The tingling in my lips feels like I just put blistex on and I want to rub my lips with my fingers. In addition, just recently got a twitch in my left upper arm last week where it felt like an extra heart beat and would last about 20 seconds...now it's gone!
