what does your tingling feel like?

we all have different symptoms or different levels of symptoms.

tingling
twitching
involuntary movements

my arms and legs moves or kick when i try to relax, i've been calling it a twitch for the pass 4 years. my uterus twitches some of us posted about a baby kicking feeling. my skin tingles. the tingles feel different sometimes it feels like a ant or feather on my skin, other times it feels like a needle prick which makes me jerk.
