about integration...

about integration...

primary medical points of interest, kill, knock out, paralyze, disable, and stun points in martial arts, etc. etc... all follow the chakra points... nervous system, blood, lymph flow of the body... of course there are points on the limbs as well as the chakra points posterior.

Medical doctors who study martial arts, yoga, etc... all seem to recognize this... at some point... in my experience (in one case I had to bring it to their attention)... and are all the better for it.

Study one... understanding the "whole" and doors\eyes\windows will be opened.

It all comes down to unimpeded flow... in martial arts, you want to find a way to block the flow to disable... or whatever - appropriate force of course.

This could be as simple as taking an individuals breath away from them.

Deep breathing is our most effective and cheapest form of opening\increasing flow. This is why in yoga and martial arts, being able to focus on proper breathing techniques during conflict, be it pain, fear, or intense battle is paramount.

There, for your use... advanced black belt stuff in ALL forms for you...

We need to learn and teach how to breathe properly...

People are so harried and rushed these days they do not stop to realize how very shallow they are breathing... and it is making and keeping them ALL sick.

To put it in perspective... the sicker one is, mentally, spiritually and\or physically, the more they need to focus on their breath.
