Re: Refeeding
On refeeding, this is the kind of stuff I eat these days.
That was fresh from the local farmers market yesterday. It either gets tossed in a steamer or eaten raw.
If I were refeeding, I'd have the gooseberries and the tomatos first, followed the braeburn apples. By the way gooseberries are much nicer when they start to turn red.
It never ceases to amaze me of all the tastes and colours that come from a single seed, and that seed then goes on to produce more seeds and the process is seemingly endless. It is the most perfect mass production line I have ever seen for making food.
What's even more amazing is the raw materiels needed - dirt, manure, sunshine and fresh air.
Given the correct seeds (non hybrid - hard to find) and skills, you can even start this infinite and free mass production process in your own back yard, and there are no transportation and delivery costs. How can anyone compete with that?
Whats more, eat this stuff and you will live till over 100, disease free, without any medication.
This food doesn't have a barcode, but if it did I think it would be a three letter one, G - O - D.
