If you read through my posts you will see where I have told people many times if you go to an herbalist for hypothyroidism and they just tell you to take kelp you need to walk away.
Iodine deficiency is not the only cause of hypothyrodism. A few other factors include hypothalamic or pituitary dysfunction, chlorine exposure, fluoride exposure, bromine exposure, hormone imbalances, high rT3, poor T4 to T3 conversion, tyrosine deficiencies, adrenal dysfunction, etc.
This is why I hate when people claim that all diseases and conditions are caused by a singular thing. Acids are not the cause of all disease. Emotions are not the cause of all diseases.
parasites are not the cause of all diseases........
Such narrow minded thinking is not only dangerous, but can be deadly.
