My ph was above 7 when my thyroid stopped working and this was before I found out about the alkalizing drink. Then after I did a detox and after two months my thyroid started to work on its own. Then, after being on two alkalizing drinks a day with a tablespoon of Frontier kelp for eight months, and a few alkalizing baths, my thyroid stopped to work again even though my ph was 7-7.5. So, maybe what you say is true for most people but not for me. If I already have the needed alkaline minerals as evidenced by my ph and taking a tablespoon of Frontier kelp which is supposed to balance your thyroid and my thyroid is still not working what do I do? I take the nutri-meds or Armour thyroid so that I can live. There may be another reason why my thyroid is not working besides what you say. There are a lot of things that Science still doesn't know about how the thyroid works. What should people who had their thyroid removed or people whose thyroid is not working not matter what they try do? Is my logic too logical?
