hey 53449, i checked into the formula you mentioned to me and i wanted to tell you, i noticed it has alpha lipoic acid and i felt i had to caution you - do you have a lot of dental fillings in your mouth?
it was brought to my attention that alpha lipoic acid & rlipoic acid, are so effective at chelating mercury BUT, because they cross the blood-brain barrier (your brain has a bit - a bit - of a defense mechanism for keeping compounds circulating in the rest of the body, at slightly lower levels, but some compounds are effective at crossing it) and...
i've read they can deliver mercury straight to your brain (!)
that scared me a lot and i've stopped taking anything with ala or r-la anymore... maybe you can find a formula that has those good actives without the ala ...try punching some of the ingredients into ebay's search engine and check the "search titles and descriptions" box... it might turn up a lot of results but, worth it to look through. best of luck ...blessings! missy
