It HARD AS HELL to want to eat the foods that you like and can't but I have been
juicing my Vegetables Carrots, Cucumbers, Celery, Romaine Lettuce, Aloe Vera, Watercress, Tomatoes and Zuccinni Every Morning and Evening. I also Eat them RAW or Litely STEAMED, as well as Eating Fruits which are Apples, Plums,
Watermelon and blueberries, sometimes I would make Smoothies with the fruits. All my Foods I get from the Health Food Store which is Organic. When I felt hungry I was making meals of White Rice Pasta I'll mix that with Vegetables and Tomatoe Sauce. Brown/White Rice with
Olive-Oil with Vegetables or Salad. For Breakfast I would make Buckwheat Pancakes with a
Sugar Free Syrup or a Fruit Salad or Grits, Cream of Rice with a little Butter. I don't eat Meat but will work it back into my diet after a while. You have to see what foods work for you. I can tell you I've tried ANY and EVERYTHING on this forum and it comes back to eating the right FRUITS and VEGETABLES, SUPPLEMENTS and LOTS OF WATER along with FAITH to jump start your healing to BETTER BB & BO and Just like LPN12345 I am taking it ONE DAY AT A TIME! and it's working for me. Bottom Line is I HAVE TO EAT TO LIVE NOT LIVE TO EAT!!!
