Idare;

May be you should go to specailist because it was at a specialist who told me my sinuses were constricted,and I had to take anti-inflamatory meds. if it's not a sinus infection try doing sinus rinse, they have sinus rinse at Osco and start rinsing your sinuses, it does help remove particles. In the meantime google sinus problems and disesase and see what you come up with.
