Re: Hveragerthi

Thanks so much for your time and consideration of my health issues.

Well, you probably won't be surprised, but my cabinets could qualify as a HFS from all the unused supplements! So, I have some of the white kidney bean extract you mentioned, therefore I will pull it back out and give it another try. When I tried it before, it only raised my blood sugar(my theory at the time was that it slowed my gastric emptying even more, thus raising the blood Sugar for an extended period afterward).

I know the cortisone is NOT good for bones, etc BUT in my situation(which I can't figure out why) it LOWERS by bs level. Dramatically.

My doc did check the PTH, it was normal when I got around to doing the blood work. But it was awhile after the initial labs. So you believe LOW vit D was the cause? I was taking vit D at the time and when I first started it, it helped EVERTHING(body temp, mood ect.) but I wondered if maybe that was causing too much calcium in the blood but I don't know much about the parathyroid and how it works, so if this is hypo or hyper parathyroidism what the best herb for that?

As for the adrenals I have some stinging nettle in the cabinet, is that nettle leaf?

As for the ephedra, I know it was a mistake NOW, but I wanted to state didn't abuse the stuff. The dosage was like 6 capsules a day. I never took over 1/2 a capsule a day. But I know it wasn't a good thing to do, but I was young and stupid.

About all the combinations for attraction, I do know when I've tried anything for sertonin levels(st. johns wort, sam-e,5htp etc.) I tailspin into depression! I have noticed if I take fo-ti I feel something happening in the right direction! but I read this increases testoterone, which I assumed I didn't need. Don't know?

Sorry I have to run to a dentist appointment for my son(braces), I know this is off topic, butcan you tell me if these are safe? I had many misgivings about them, but my husband insisted that NOT having the teeth straightened would be worse in the long run.

Again, thank you so very much for your time. We are lucky to have you here!
