Re: ruhroh, backwards on the ES methinks...Re: tired after coffee enema

...we are all so wonderfuly Unique!!

Your experience is the one that made the most logical sense to me before I had ever taken a coffee enema. I said to myself, "well, relaxing the colon is the LAST thing I wanna do; if was all relaxed, I wouldn't be able to hold a cup of fluid, let alone a quart."

Then I read & researched and found a LOT of coffee enema 'recipes' included a tablespoon or two of ES.

And THEN there was Dr. Kelley and his coffee enema 'recipe' for liver flushing...a 1/2 cup (8 Tablespoons of ES!) in a quart solution!
http://curezone.com/cleanse/liver/kelley.asp

Hour 2 -> Optional, but always to be used if "stomach cramps" should occur during the liver flush. (This is rare when using epsom salts. Cramps would indicate that stones are lodged in, and blocking liver ducts.)
However, this step is very beneficial in ALL cases, to stimulate the liver's release of waste and bile.
Begin with several plain, warm-water enemas - then follow with a 4 cup ORGANIC COFFEE enema.
Use 1 Table-spoon (1/2 oz.) coffee per cup, drip-filtered. Dissolve 1/2 cup (4 oz.) EPSOM SALTS into the hot coffee, then cool the coffee down to 98 - 100 degrees F. (body temperature) before using. (You can rapidly cool the pan in a sink of cold water.) Retain the coffee enema for 10 - 15 minutes, while relaxing in a reclining position on a floor mat.

After all that reading, I settled for the recipe that S.A. Wilsons recommends:
2 Tablepoons Coffee, I quart distilled water; 2 Tablespoons ES...and started experimenting and learning.

It was after doing a "double" with the above S.A. Wilsons recipe, that this post was inspired: http://curezone.com/forums/m.asp?f=128&i=2955#i

So, after I got my brain back to it's logical thinking after dehydrating myself into total confusion (I realize now, by absorbing 4 tablespoon of ES in an hour - what WAS I thinking?!!), I changed my 'recipe' to 1 quart of coffee solution; 1 Tablespoon of ES...and that's been perfect for me ever since (even though, I still feel a weeny bit tired/exhausted/dehyrdrated, even with that little bit of ES). But since I can't seem to comfortabley retain for 15 minutes+ any other way, I just keep the fresh squeezed OJ, clean water, and Superfood at the ready for afterwards, and I'm feeling awesome in no time.

Note: I can't imagine anyone doing the Kelley Liver Flush procedure (that has ES like the Clark Flush) AND doing a coffee enema with 1/2 CUP of ES...I'd think that would KILL my body!!  And I'd think the potential for harm to most people would be something to be VERY cautious about!   Your thoughts?

A solid/semi-solid bowel movement after an enema?! Wowee gal, we ARE different!! My bms are always peanut-butter consistency, but after an enema of any kind they're always almost totally liquid.

Epsom Salt acidifies? I know you are one of the most knowledgeable pH'ers on Curezone, but I still have to ask...my information shows pH is neutral at 7, and Epsom Salts have a pH of 6.5 - 7 (neutral or VERY slightly alkaline) - what am I missing now?! GRrrr (you KNOW how I hate it when I miss important stuff!) GRrrr.

Wowee gal, THANKS for a great learning post :o)
