ruhroh, backwards on the ES methinks...Re: tired after coffee enema
If I understood you correctly...that ES INCREASES the "need to go" caused by muscle tightening and tension (both from the enema fluid AND psychologically), then I have to respectfully disagree.
The use of ES in
coffee enemas is to relax the bile ducts AND to relax the musculature of the colon...so that it doesn't squeeze up all tight and try to push the enema solution out. When adjusting to enemas, almost EVERYBODY "needs to go" the minute the put a
quart or two of fluid into an area that's never 'received' anything from the 'bottom side up', but if you go slowly and allow the muslces to relax and slowly expand, it's easier. And if you add ES to the solution, that assists the muscles to relax even more.
In my experience, the difference is AMAZING! I can easily retain a
coffee enemas for 1/2 an hour if it contains a tablespoon of ES...with out the ES, I'm lucky to retain for 15 minutes (and that 15 minutes is FULL of cramping and rapid breathing).
Your thoughts?
