Cool beans, I thought I'd go for 100, but all these people with puffy cheeks are saying I've already "lost enough". And I'm only 9 pounds from the overweight category. Get real, peeps, lol.
Actually, it's like 75 lbs I've lost, thru a cancer diet and then continuing to use enzymes, exercise, and etc.
Now I'm going back to the diet 100%, because I feel bad when I don't do it. The Lord just practically spoke right to my heart...now where they did the biopsy and put the little metal clip in without permission, no longer hurts! I stopped eating meat all together, and I feel much better.
Yes, it was 2 years ago, and that silly clip has been sometimes burning and hurting...I was so mad. Shouldn't have done that biopsy at all...they just send you thru the mill, and you have to stop the wheel and jump off.

I think a small lamp-shade, maybe....ha, ha, ha!!!
Ever seen a white raisin? that would be my tum-tum...I'm 53 too and gonna be one more on the 19th, by God's grace..yay!!!
