If you look up stuff you will find lots of varying opinion, and there are some new treatments out there involving infra red and radio signals.
When Chrisb1 was telling I was only "53 years young" in that thread, I hadn't at that point realized the potential of a plant based diet, though he would have known about a Natural Hygiene, which from what I understand is more or less the same thing.
Now I really do feel much younger because of the healthy eating, and that change has only come about this last few months, having cut out sugar, fat, meat, oil salt and processed food.
My current view is the body will tighten up the skin naturally, and it will probably be helped by very simple things such as some massages. However the body probably will hang on to that skin sometime in case the weight goes back on again, as it won't want to waste energy in removing it then building it back.
I will do some exercise and rebounding etc, and see how it goes. When I get to my target weight, if there is still a problem I will try a fast. I'll probably post some pics, but we are talking many months ahead.
I think most of the people who say loose skin does not go by itself are probably eating a rubbish diet.
