Thanks for the link, I am saving to my favorites. This is exactly what I was looking for. Lately, I just can't do a LF. I know some have suggested it is due to parasites and I should get rid of them before another flush but Andreas Moritz says NOT to do one......who do you believe? Honestly it takes too much out of me as well to do a LF. Preparation for the week and the day of the flush and going without food.....I loose too much weight.

OTOH with a Coffee-Enema I just boil the coffee, wait until late afternoon and give myself the enema. I ALWAYS feel better afterward and have noticed my skin slowly clearing up. My cravings for certain foods have subsided as well.

I used SA Wilson's before but now use organic medium roast ground that I buy from Trader Joe's. I find the results excellent and don't see a need to buy and pay for shipping from SA Wilson's. Besides the house smells so good when you are boiling the coffee.

I still believe a Liver-Flush is a good tool for most people and should be tried before ANY type of GB surgery. I feel the same way you do about the body healing itself naturally. This country has become too dependent on the pharmaceutical industry and they on us ie: $$$. Every day they come up with a new disease and a new strange name for something you never knew you had.
