I didn't intend to disagree with you - I was giving another option, and pushed the wrong button responding to you instead of socalgal.

I am now 66 years old and still in good health... It
must have been 3 years ago that I posted that entry. I
DON'T think that the Liver Flush is the sole reason for my good health, and never said that. My good heath is because of all the reasons that you attribute your good health... all natural things.

"I believe that diet, living conditions, exercise, stress management and mental attitude are all very essential to a good, healthy and happy life." This is my story too, and has been for the last 5 1/2 years. It has been alot of work to change, detox and cleanse and remain healthy. I do it all.

I mentioned the other flush because it is much simpler and easier on me. It may be something socalgal would prefer. I didn't say I thought it takes the place of fasting. I agree with you about fasting... but I believe one should always end a fast of a longer duration with a liver flush. My point was a coffee enema doesn't take the place of a liver flush...to me, they are two different tools, both useful, and good.

We agree on the basics and are in the same ballpark.
Congratulations on keeping all of those things in check at 83!
