Re: Had my first colonic

I, too, am glad tht you got through that first experience without stress. The first one I had was very tiring but after a little rest, I felt a lot better than I have felt in a long time. I have gone for three in about a month's time. I have seen stuff come out that was really bad looking. The therapist that I went to uses a machine called "Angel of water" and it pumps at low volume and pressure. It has a couple of filters and also ultraviolet light to treat the water before it is pumped into you.
As far as being concerned, my therapist stayed in the room with me the whole time and talked me through the whole process. By state law, she was not allowed to insert the nozzle but talked me through it.
The nozzle is the only thing that is in contact with you and it is disposable. the machine has an antibackflow device and the whole process is safe. She has to sanitize the machine between clients as well. After three times, I really have more energy and would like to afford one a month but will have to settle for quaartly washouts.
The therapist that I use suggests for the first time, one should have three within seven days but I could not afford this and had to settle for three in a month.
I wish you a healthy experience through colonics.
