Had my first colonic

Just reporting back. Had first colonic on Tuesday. I was surprized to see she had the gravity method after all, AND disposables, which was what I wanted! She has no trouble combining the two, so I don't understand why everyone else said it was not pos! The only drawback I could see was that the tube was rippled and so you couldn't see the contents so clearly. I think with the sterilisable tubes they are glass.

I couldn't feel the water going in at all. I occassionally felt I wanted 'to go', but not a big deal. I have piles so was worried it would be sore, but with the lubrication it slid in very easily.

She said I was very dehydrated and so a lot of time was spent filling me up with water to re-hydrate me. So I must try to drink more water. 1.5 - 2 litres a day is a lot to get down.

I'd expected to see more coming out, but I think that was cos I was dehydrated. She said the next one should produce more and she can then gauge how many sessions approx. I will need after that.

No improvement on my symptoms yet, but then not much waste was shifted.
