The calcium issues is my concern, as long as people follow the seed planted by the establishment that calcium is not essential to good health I will be there to expose this myth!
Who claimed calcium is not essential? I have never seen anyone on these boards, including myself, ever make this claim. In fact I just said in an earlier post that calcium is essential. But as with other essential compounds such as oxygen and water, too much can be hazardous.
As far as Magnesium goes I actually prefer the sulfate compound for many reasons, including cost and the ability of sulfur to eliminate excess nitrogen

ROTFLMAO!!! Again, what form of electromagnetic energy are you referring to? Here are your choices as these are the only known forms of electromagnetic energy: Radio waves? Microwaves? Infrared? Visible light? Ultraviolet? X-rays? Gamma-rays?
