I haven't been taking enough vitamin c to get diarrhea. This is how one finds their bowl tolerance correct?
Right. For me ascorbic acid is the only C that I can tell has made a difference in my condition. I've taken over thirty grams, and still have not reached bowel intolerance. My health has improved and no side effects that I can think of. I've had musle twitching on ocassion, when I was sicker. Don't think it was related to the C.
