I'm with you on this one Harmonic! Iodine has been a God-send to me! My fibroid is shrinking rapidly, and the pain from it has reduced to nil. My periods have become tolerable, lasting only 3 days now instead of the 8 to 10 horrible days that I was having before. I have so much energy now and I sleep like a rock at night, but require much less sleep than I used to. Iodine is a blessing in my house, and I will never be without it again.
