Kidney Pain with Iodine at very low levels (for Fibro/Fluoride detox)

I have Fibromyalgia that I believe may be fluoride poisoning since it started after heavy use of Antibiotics (mono followed by 2 kidney infections within the span of a couple months, 5 years ago).

I started avoiding fluoride last week, except when showering and have no choice, and I've been supplementing with magnesium and I feel much better.

I tried to add Iodine -- I ate a couple seaweed rice cakes and after a couple days of doing that one of my kidneys and heart hurt so badly I couldn't sleep.

So I got Iodine drops. It's 4 drops for the daily RDA of 150mcg (but I know people who supplement with Iodine often go as high as 100mg). I take 1 drop a day (approx 37.5 mcg) and I put it in a large jug of water that takes all day to drink it, hoping that spacing it out will be easier on my kidney(s).

But the kidney on one side, the one that hurt when I had the kidney infections that lead to taking the Antibiotics , hurts a lot. Not as much as when I was eating the seaweed, but a lot. And I also get pain on the left side of my chest which I assume is my heart.

Has anyone else experience such symptoms at such low doses? Is it probably just because I am soooooo poisoned? (I also have a mouth full of fillings, probably more than a dozen).

A lot of people who talk about fluoride detox recommend avoiding fluoride for a month or so before adding iodine because of these detox issues. But after being sick for 5 years I'm just impatient to be better (although I know a lot of people have been sick much longer). And except for the kidney pain, everything else feels much better. I didn't take iodine yesterday and this morning I felt not good at all (although my kidney felt better). So I'm hesitant to stop taking it. But I'm worried about my kidney and heart obviously.
