Re: Kidney Pain with Iodine at very low levels (for Fibro/Fluoride detox)

When I first started iodine, I had some cheap health food brand that had a ridiculously low amount of Iodine in it: still measuring by the mcgs.

I did have scary kidney pain at first, thought it was bromine and took Sea Salt often to help get this out. I started on selenium and minerals.

Finally I got Lugol's and now have moved forward to using SSKI and magnascent, Lugol's now and then.

Nowadays I can take grams at a time of iodine, it was rocky in the beginning.
