I think a deficiency in minerals is more dangerous than a vitamin deficiency. Because you have fasted for so long you could be low on vital minerals such as potassium. Supplements that contain potassium only supply 100mg at the most and the body needs around 3,500mg per day.

Mineral deficiencies don't show symptoms. I wouldn't judge your health solely on how you are feeling because sometimes you can feel okay, even if things are not okay.

If you really do have to continue fasting then I would advise that you take the RDA of chelated calcium, magnesium and potassium (in the form of potassium chloride powder).

Make sure you post a video post-fast, maybe every couple of weeks so that your "fans" can see how you are doing.
