Re: cold cream, should i carry on?

Thats interesting about the vinegar cos i tried using it to wash my face(diluted)a while ago and it improved my Acne for a bit but then seemed to make it worse a bit like the cold cream. Come to think of it ive had that reaction with quite a few products but i always assumed it was just a reaction to the stuff itself. maybe it was killing mites..

I know what you mean it is pretty gross, i still cant quite believe that could be the cause but it does make sense. And yet so few people seem to know about it.

I think im going to try some sea buckthorn oil and shampoo and see how that works, i definitely prefer the natural option. Id hate to keep on using cold cream if it was breaking me out for some other reason so ill try sea buckthorn and if it has the same effect ill know why.
