Hi there!
It doesn't seem like this forum is very active.
I posted below now suspecting that my problems (rosacea.. and also keratosis pilaris) could be due to these mites. I pushed the idea out of my head - too gross to think about! They seemed to become quite active during my candida cleanse when I tried olive leaf - they seem to hate the stuff. They seemed to crawl all over the place, and it freaked me out. When I was trying Pau D'Arco, I didn't feel any crawling, but my face broke out quite badly and I didn't know why... well.. now I know!
I have not tried the cold cream, but I bought it and from what I read has a form of boric acid in it, which the bugs hate. I do believe the mites will migrate - I've heard other rosaceans mention this before. And I do understand that when you are killing them off, your condition can worsen before getting better.. so hang in there!
I know I have them all over... I have keratosis pilaris especially bad on the legs - I suspect that they are the cause. I've been regularly taking Apple Cider Vinegar Baths for Candida and this past weekend, I had a terrible reaction I've never had before - after the bath in bed, all the skin on my body, starting first from my feet and all the way up to my neck, started to burn. It lasted a bit of time and then subsided... I wonder if I killed a boat load of them off? I know they hate ACV.
I think its important to treat yourself all over, including your scalp, since those suc***s do migrate. I just ordered some products containing Sea Buckthorn Oil (soaps, shampoos, lotions) and I plan on using them religiously (I can't wait for them to arrive!!).
I found this blog someone wrote who said it was all working for her. Check it out:

Hang in there and be diligent.. Don't let up. These guys are hard to get rid of, but you can severely reduce their numbers and symptoms.
