Thanks for the reply, I read the link you provided and went on to read the link in that link, great info there too.  I found this very interesting that when our bodies aren't properly assimilating the food we eat because so many toxins have built up they don't produce enough estrogen or progesterone or testosterone, well much more than that but this has been one of my problems.

After reading this article I guess I'll have to purchase a Champion Juicer before I do the IP.  But I did find that I can use my Vita-Mix which liquifies the pulp if I'm using a juice fast to clean my bowel out, I'm better off with the pulp, because it activates the digestive system, and, of course, this will give you bowel movements.  So I'll use the Vita-Mix until I use up all my product then I'll have to look into getting a juicer for the IP.  Make sense to you?  

Do you think I should be doing the whole IP NOW or should I wait until I've used what I got today? Just wondering what you think is best.  I DID get your email with the info, thank you I'll be busy ready that ASAP.

If I'm wrong please let me know because I DO want to fix my whole body, it very well could be that because of the vein issue on my leg I DO need to be juicing with a juicer.  I do have a juicer but its not a Champion and it takes about 8 apples to make a glass of apple juice, don't know if thats normal or not.  

Its good to know about the lose/gain weight aspect and it does make sense the further I read and learn. It makes sense that if the body is clean and we eat clean our bodies will assimilate the nutrients correctly and we'll eventually reach a balance where we will be the weight we're supposed to be.  There sure is a lot to learn girl!!! but I'm gonna learn it as fast as I can.  I'm so excited.
