Ruh roh Rastro! Time for Math Class!...Re: Juicing For Detoxes
When juice fasting, you are supposed to drink an entire gallon of juice every day. That is NOT 64
ounces of juice, Miss Emmah, nor 80 ounces, Mr. Eurovw. May I see a show of hands from those students who believe they may have the correct answer? Students at home? Yes, thank you. The correct answer is 128
ounces of fresh, homemade fruit and vegetable juice every single day.
Now, to divide this number by 10, for the number of
ounces in our canning jars, we simply go to the left one place value and place a decimal point squarely between the numerals 2 and 8, or 12.8 ten-ounce jars of juice consumed on a daily basis. We round up to the next whole number, and we see where Dr. Max Gerson got the "magic" number 13 for the number of glasses of juice to be consumed every day.
You guys aren't drinking enough juice. This is absolutely THE most common mistake while juice fasting.
Dr. Schulze says while on the Incurables Program, his patients were consuming between 3000-5000 calories of liquid nutrition every day.
Now, about Superfood. "Healthy" people are supposed to eat 2 tablespoons of Superfood every day. People on the full IP are supposed to take 4 tablespoons of Superfood every day. But I've read the Save Your Life Manual several times in addition to watching the dvds that come with it. For neurological disease patients? Geesh! We're supposed to eat at LEAST 6 tablespoons of Superfood, and it wouldn't hurt us to eat 8-12 tablespoons a day!
Are y'all making Supersmoothies? EVERYBODY needs to be having at least 2 of these every day, and Eurovw, you and I need to be drinking four. The basic Supersmoothie recipe is 8
oz fruit juice, 8
oz distilled water in a blender, to which you add 1/2 to 1 cup fresh fruit, 2 tablespoons Superfood, blend, and drink. Oh, gosh, y'all, it's the summer! The watermelons are in, the Texas peaches just came in, the cherries are coming down in price, the blueberries will be here next week, it's the PERFECT time to taste of the Divine!!! You can doctor your smoothies up with great goodies like coconut or wheat germ oil, blackstrap molasses, ground flax seeds, maybe a shot of wheatgrass or some cayenne or maybe some beetroot powder or raw cacao nibs or pumpkin seeds, or just add some ice cubes and have a cold smoothie. Or you can freeze some fruit and throw it in there to make a slushie treat. Blissful yumminess. Just play!
Eurovw, juice fasting and taking Superfood are GREAT things to do, but you and I both have to do the full IP program if we expect to heal our muscular dystrophy (or become symptom-free). Just sayin'.
