The juices should be freshly juiced, or freshly juiced and stored properly in canning jars...and you should/must use a quality juicer (NOT a centrifugal juicer). Here's a link that explains why, and which kinds are best:

Oddly enough, the same juices that will help people gain weight when they are thin, are the same ones that will help people lose weight when they need to lose! This program is about FIXING the entire body...what causes lack of assimilation and weight loss in some, is usually what causes lack of assimilation and weight GAIN in others.

The same things (post above) that cause some people to be thin and unable to to gain weight are basically the same things that cause others to be unable to lose weight (there are MANY variables, especially 'metabolism' that come into play with each individual person).

I'm like you, so I know how this works personally. Because of an impacted, sluggish colon and other digestive systems organs being compromised (and a lack of enzymes), we don't assimilate very much...hence we're constantly hungry. I don't know if this is true for you or not, but for most folks this means that we munch on things (healthy or unhealthy) that take away the hunger...and that's high fat/sugar/carb items (even if they're the healthy ones). We get very little nutrients from them (because they take so little is assimilated), but we end up with weight GAIN. Thin people (with different metabolisms and different levels of organs being compromised), assimilate very little over all and end up with weight LOSS.

In both cases, juice fasting and doing the full program will heal and regulate the body. You'll be exercising until you pant/sweat at least 3x daily (whether that's 3 minutes or 30 minutes), doing hot/cold showers, taking cayenne...all these things will "balance & regulate" YOUR metabolism in a way that's best for YOUR body. And if your body needs to lose, it will lose. If it needs to gain, it will gain.

And of COURSE you can alter the juices to accomplish a faster weight loss if that's what you would like to do :)

I do not have the full IP compiled in an easily readable form yet...I'm hoping to get it done by the end of the week.
